Slovenia and North Croatia: from 990€

Day 1) Ljubljana – arrival

Arrival to Ljubljana airport and meeting with tour guide/driver. Accommodation in hotel and time to rest. Later sightseeing of the city. Exploring unique character of the old town that combines baroque architecture with 'Art Nouveau' style. Free afternoon. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 2) Ljubljana – Lake Bled – Ljubljana

Day excursion to Lake Bled. In Bled, boat drive to the picturesque island, placed in the middle of the lake. On top of it, you will visit the church of the Virgin Mary where you can pull the bell for your wishes to come true. In addition visit of Bled castle with incredible sight of the lake. It is one of the attractions most visited in Slovenia. In the afternoon free time and return to the hotel in Ljubljana. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 3) Ljubljana – Postojna cave – Rovinj

In the morning we will be heading towards famous Postojna Cave. The Postojna Cave offers a unique and adventurous ride with a special train, which will take you underground into the cave. Fantastic web of tunnels, passages, galleries and halls leaves you breathless.
The tour continues towards Croatia, to Rovinj. After accommodation, walk through the town. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the whole Adriatic coast. It got its nickname “little Venice” because of the obvious influence of the Italian architecture. Sightseeing of Rovinj and free time. Overnight in Rovinj.

Day 4) Rovinj – NP Brijuni – Pula – Rovinj

In the morning visit of NP Brijuni. It is an archipelago with 14 islands. Tour with tourist train along the biggest island introducing island museum, exhibition of the president Tito, botanical garden and wild animals. Afterwards, continue to Pula. Sightseeing of the old town includes the visit of famous amphitheatre built in the 1. Century A.D., one of the best preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world. Overnight in Rovinj.

Day 5) Rovinj – Porec – Motovun – Opatija

Continue to Porec. Walk through old part, visit of the Unesco site, Saint Euphrasian basilica. Free time for to enjoy coffee on the waterfront. Visit of the picturesque small historical town Motovun. It is located on top of the small hill in the middle of Mirna valley, guarded by old walls and 13. Century tower. Truffle tasting and lunch in nearby village Livade. Arrival to Opatija. Accommodation and nice walk through its famous waterfront surrounded with the Habsburg's style buildings.

Day 6) Opatija – NP Plitvice lakes – Zagreb

After the breakfast continue to Plitvice National park. It is the biggest and the most famous park in Croatia, one of the first parks in the world with Unesco protection. Mostly known for it's travertine waterfalls and 16 cascading lakes, the Plitvice lakes offer other attractions as well, such as various interesting geomorphologic forms, habitat forests and grasslands, flora and fauna. Enjoy walking along the wooden paths all along the lakes, between the waterfalls, including the boat trip across the largest lake Kozjak. Overnight in Zagreb.

Day 7) Zagreb

After the breakfast start with Zagreb city tour. You will have the opportunity to discover the Baroque atmosphere of the Upper Town, picturesque open-air markets, the city’s historical centre, St Mark’s church with multi-colored roof, the Cathedral, Croatian National Theatre... Free afternoon to explore various museums, events or just to enjoy city's positive atmosphere. Overnight in Zagreb.

Day 8) Zagreb – departure

After the breakfast transfer to the Zagreb airport. Departure flight.
