Day 1) Arrival - Zagreb
Upon the arrival at the airport, you are introduced to your tour guide/driver who will accompany you during the tour. Transport to hotel in Zagreb.
Depending on arrival time, orientations walk with guide. Free afternoon and overnight in Zagreb.

Day 2) Zagreb
After the breakfast, a sightseeing tour of Zagreb. In Zagreb you will have the opportunity to discover the baroque atmosphere of the Upper Town, picturesque open-air markets, the city’s historical centre, St Mark’s church with multi-colored roof, the Cathedral, Croatian National Theatre, Ilica street... In the afternoon free time for leisure and individual activities. Overnight in Zagreb.

Day 3) Zagreb – Ljubljana
In the morning we continue towards Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. In Ljubljana you will have the opportunity to get to know the unique character of its Old Town, where distinct Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture combines with masterly creations by the 20th century architect Jože Plečnik. The tour includes a ride on a funicular to visit the castle and view the famous Triple Bridge. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 4) Ljubljana – Lake Bled – Ljubljana
Today we enjoy a full day excursion to Lake Bled. In Bled we take a boat ride to the island in the middle of Lake Bled and visit the Church of the Assumption. There you will pull its bell three times for your wish to come true. Afterwards visit of Bled castle with incredible sight of the lake. It is one of the attractions most visited in Slovenia. In the afternoon free time and return to the hotel in Ljubljana. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 5) Ljubljana – Postojna cave – Opatija
After the breakfast we will head towards the world-famous cave of Postojna. A wonderful tour by train, which will take us underground, crossing fantastic tunnels, landscapes and galleries that will leave you breathless.
The tour continues towards Croatia, to Opatija. After arrival and accommodation, walk through the town, enjoying the atmosphere of the art-novae Austrian style buildings and parks. Overnight in Opatija.

Day 6) Opatija – Pula – Rovinj – Opatija
Arrival to the western part of peninsula Istria, to town of Rovinj. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the whole Adriatic coast. It got its nickname “little Venice” because of the obvious influence of the Italian architecture. Sightseeing of Rovinj and free time. Continue towards to nearby Pula. Sightseeing of the old town includes the visit to famous amphitheatre (Arena), one of the best preserved Roman amphiteaters in the world. Return to Opatija.

Day 7) Opatija – NP Plitvice – Zadar
Your journey continues towards the one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia, the famous Plitvice Lakes. Mostly known for its travertine waterfalls and 16 cascading lakes, the Plitvice lakes offer other attractions as well, such as various interesting geomorphologic forms, habitat forests and grasslands, flora and fauna. The lakes are also the only natural monument in Croatia to be put on the UNESCO World Heritage list, back in 1979, among the first ones in the entire world. Enjoy walking along the wooden paths all along the lakes, between the waterfalls, including the boat trip across the largest lake Kozjak. In the afternoon transfer and accommodation in Zadar.

Day 8) Zadar – Sibenik – Split
In the morning Zadar city walk. We will visit famous and amazing installations "Sea organ" and also "Greeting to the Sun ", architectural facilities that gained world prizes. Also Saint Donatu's church, the cathedral of Holy Anastasia...
Drive by the Dalmatian coastline stopping on the view points. In the afternoon we will visit Sibenik, the city with the largest old town on the Croatian coast. Walk along the narrow stone streets, rich with culture and history. Also you will be able to admire the wonderful cathedral of Santiago, part of the UNESCO world heritage. Accommodation and overnight in Split.

Day 9) Split – Trogir – Split
In the morning excursion to nearby town of Trogir. This historical city is under the protection of the UNESCO for its famous set of styles; Romanesque – gothic – renaissance, one of the best preserved in the whole Central Europe. Free time to explore on your own.
Return to Split and sightseeing of its old town. That includes exploring remarkable Diocletian's palace, (a World Heritage site), Saint Domnius's cathedral, Temple of Jupiter, Golden gate, famous waterfront Riva...
Free afternoon to explore some of Split's attractions or just to enjoy Mediterranean atmosphere that city is famous of. Overnight in Split.

Day 10) Split – Hvar
We continue our tour with two hour ferry drive to the island of Hvar. Arrival to the city of Hvar and accommodation in Hotel. City walk in the afternoon.
Hvar is famous for its lavender fields and elegant old city full with old palace houses. Hvar is an open air museum with Cathedral of Saint Stephen, the oldest public theater in Europe and its narrow stone streets. Free afternoon.

Day 11) Hvar
Free day to explore and enjoy the island
Possibilities to use the day with some excursion. Wine tasting, boat ride to beaches on Paklinski islands, visit the Blue cave on island Bisevo, visit of the city fortress...

Day 12) Hvar – Ston – Budva
In the morning we will drive through this picturesque island. Cross on the mainland on ferry Sucuraj - Drvenik. We continue to drive along the coast of Dalmatia. Stop in a few places to make impressive panoramic photos and taste some local grown fruits in river Neretva area. Short walk in Ston. It is a small town with the longest stone wall in Europe (5,5km), with narrow quiet streets, noble ancient houses and with traces of ancient cultures. You will stop there for a wine, oyster and muscles tasting. Drive to Montenegro, accommodation in hotel in Budva.

three countriesDay 13) Budva – Kotor – Dubrovnik
In the morning we will visit Budva's old town and Ljubljanska famous beach. Walk along the city. This day we will visit also Kotor. The bay of Kotor and the city was declared as cultural and natural heritage by the UNESCO. The old port of Kotor is surrounded by a few impressive walls constructed by the Republic of Venice. The Venetian influence can still be admired in the architecture of this city.
Return to Croatia, overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 14) Dubrovnik
Breakfast in the hotel and later visit of the ancient city of Dubrovnik, also called the „pearl of the Adriatic ". Visit of the palace of the rector, the Franciscan monastery with the oldest working pharmacy in the world, the cathedral... Later we will go with a cable car which will take us to the top of the hill of Srd, where you will enjoy a sight of the wonderful and incredible landscape. Once ended the visit, free time to walk, to relax and enjoy in the city. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 15) Dubrovnik
Free day in Dubrovnik. There are different possibilities to use the day, for example panoramic boat drive, lunch in a traditional restaurant...or just enjoy and relax for the next day.

Day 16) Dubrovnik - departure
After the breakfast in hotel, departure to Dubrovnik airport. Departure flight.
